Land Partner

We partner with large landowners on strategic sites across the Southeast, mostly fully entitled for their intended use. Our land partners traditionally contribute part or all of the land value as equity into the project as part of the GP.

Development Partner

We partner with developers to coordinate the development process from the start of the design to its completion, as well as the certificate of occupancy and beyond. This partner also signs on and secures each prospective project’s construction and permanent financing.

Construction Partner

We partner with some of the strongest general contractors in the real estate marketplace. We work alongside them in the complete and turn-key application of our construction process within our developments.

Funding & Investment Partner

We partner with funding companies of all types to directly secure financing required to close on our opportunities. We internally manage this process alongside our funding partners on behalf of our ownership teams. We also team with creditable investment groups and investors to provide any additional capital to successfully complete our targeted objectives.

Jessica is an Executive with over 10 years of experience supporting executives, managing business operations, coordinating investor meetings, and keeping fast-paced environments running smoothly behind the scenes.

Throughout her career, she has worked across real estate investment, administration, marketing, and executive support roles, where she developed a strong passion for organization, communication, and helping businesses operate more efficiently. She genuinely enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving, organized, and taken care of.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Jessica is known for her detail-oriented, proactive, and personable approach. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother who values connection, creativity, professionalism, and creating meaningful experiences both personally and professionally.
