Vertical REI is a partner in and successfully secured and executed the closing of the construction and PACE financing for this beautiful Independent Living development. We also secured the GC and agreement, the management company and agreement, co-developer and agreement, as well as directly closed the project on behalf of the ownership team.

The Legacy at Lake Talmo in Winter Springs Florida is a $72M private independent senior living community with 140 units comprised of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment units on an 8.36-acre site housed in a combined 180,348 square foot building footprint with two 4 story wings and a 2-story clubhouse.
